Cancellation Policy
Before booking, please carefully review my salon policies below.
When booking, card is required on file for cancellation fee purposes. The website does not charge you at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. GoldBird Hair Co. charges 50% of your scheduled service for all no shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be required to reschedule and charged a no show fee of 50% of your scheduled service.
Redo policy- Redo services will only be preformed if there is a mistake at the fault of the stylist. If you tamper with your hair at home after your appointment you will be charged full price to redo your hair. Redo services must be preformed no later then a week after your appointment and will be complimentary.
